A.C.T. is a monthly report comparing
74 different compression programs
(archivers) for speed and ability to
compress files.  The archivers are
tested on TXT, EXE, 669, BMP and
multiple files.  It also includes a
checklist of special features some
archivers can perform and the e-mail
addresses of the authors.

BLACKBOARD ENCRYPT INTERFACE FOR WIN95/NT
bcrypt - encrypting is to scramble
something to make it unreadable by others,
usually with a password.  this program makes
it much easier to do mass encryption by
compressing entire directories into 1 file
and then click on encrypt, click on remove
old files and that's it.
