Hex Workshop, the Professional Hex Editor, is

edit, insert, delete, cut, copy and paste
hex.  Additional features include goto, find,
replace, compare, and checksum calculation.

Smooth Scroller is a tiny TSR program

UNITE 1.6 joins or merges two somewhat
different versions of the same text file
line by line. It does a file compare in
which the lines that are the same are
output, as well as the differences, which
are highlighted. DOS program. C source code
