    Added Files:
    xtrn/syncdawn/.gitignore fetch-assets.js install-xtrn.ini
    Log Message:
syncdawn: xtrn installer bundle and freeware-asset fetcher

The xtrn/syncdawn/ bundle registers the SyncDawn door and fetches its game data:

    - install-xtrn.ini: registers the campaign launcher (DOOR32.SYS, native,
    binary I/O), cmd "syncdawn%. %f -home %juser/%4/tibdawn/". Tiberian Dawn
is campaign-only for a solo caller (no skirmish-vs-AI -- that arrived with
Red Alert), so there's no lobby/skirmish entry.

    - fetch-assets.js: downloads the freeware C&C95 "Gold" game data (EA released
Tiberian Dawn as freeware) from a checksum-pinned archive.org item, verifies
its SHA-1, and extracts the MIX archives the engine needs -- the full set TD
    registers (CCLOCAL/CONQUER/GENERAL/TRANSIT + the v1.06 hi-res UPDATE mixes,
the theaters, sounds, scores, speech, movies) renamed to the UPPERCASE names
the engine wants on a case-sensitive host. SpiderMonkey 1.8.5-compatible.
    Mirrors xtrn/syncalert/fetch-assets.js in mechanism.

    - .gitignore: keeps the built binary, the downloaded image, and the extracted
assets/ (the game data is not redistributed here) out of the repo.

SyncDawn ships no game data of its own -- the sysop fetches it (or drops the MIX files in by hand) at install time.
