Title: Turkey Meatloaf

Yield: 5 Servings
1 lb Lean ground turkey (7%)
1/2 c Regular oats; dry
1 lg Egg
1 tb Dried minced onion -OR-
1 sm Onion; minced
1/4 c Ketchup
2 Celery ribs; chopped
2 cl Garlic; minced
1/2 Green pepper; seeded & diced
Preheat oven to 350?F.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bake in loaf pan for 25 minutes to an internal temperature of 165?F.
Cut into 5 slices and serve.
