Title: Hazelnut Olive Cheese Ball

Yield: 1 Batch
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
2 c Sharp cheddar cheese
- (8 oz); shredded,
- room temperature
1/2 c Green olives;
- stuffed, chopped
2 tb Parsley; minced
1 tb Green onion; minced
1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
1/2 c Oregon hazelnuts;
- roasted, finely chopped
In a large bowl, cream together the cream and sharp cheeses. Stir in
olives, parsley, green onion, and hot pepper sauce until well mixed.
Shape into a ball and roll in the chopped hazelnuts. Cover and chill
1 to 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
