    Title: Best Ever Breakfast Bars

    Yield: 8 Bars

    1 c Nondairy milk or apple juice
    2 tb Almond butter
    6 Dates;
    - pitted; soaked in hot
    - water to cover until soft,
    - then drained
    1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/4 ts Salt
    3/4 c Old-fashioned rolled oats
    1/2 c Whole-wheat flour
    1 c Cashews; coarsely chopped
    1/2 c Sunflower seeds
    1/2 c Dried cranberries

    Preheat the oven to 350?F. Lightly oil an 8" square baking pan or
    spray it with cooking spray.

    In a food processor, combine the nondairy milk, almond butter, dates,
    vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Process until blended. Add the oats,
    flour, cashews, sunflower seeds, and cranberries. Pulse until well
    combined.

    Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and press it evenly into the
    pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the
    oven and set aside to cool before cutting into bars.
