Here's the part that I find interesting: Justice Sosomayor said "There's no evidence that it's dangerous for women to compete with transgender people."

It's probably true that not much proof exists, but how irresponsible would it be to allow men to compete in boxing matches against women? Or what about an MMA match? Even ice hockey; what happens when an angry tranny guy hits a woman with a hockey stick? Sotomayor thinks we should FAFO.

Woman's wrestling: She wasn't told that her opponent was a mentally ill man, wrestled and he sexually assulted her. There's a court case on this.

Those are just the recent ones and the ones that couldn't be suppressed. Then there's all the ones that the girls were too embarassed to push forward.

You're right. This subject doesn't address hermaphrodite people and/or mentally ill women, the danger is mainly from mentally ill men and/or men who get gratification from overpowering female athletes.

Right again. I was trying too hard to be polite about Sotomayor's BS, but the stench is too strong. But at the same time I'll still insist that any media reports in circulation might not be factual, despite the likelihood that they are. Whoever brought that case to the court should have included verifiable evidence and it's possible that they didn't.

IOW: Whoever brought that case to the court should have considered the fact that there are idiots on the bench who live in an alternate reality and that simple observations aren't simple enough for them.

But all in all our USSC is doing pretty good. We just need one of the leftist justices to resign or retire before 2029 and we'll be totally set.

The ones who overpower female athletes are the ones who want the fame, but can't do it against men. We're back to the "envy problem" again.

I wouldn't be. Sotomayor's a "judge" just like Jackson is a "judge". Neither are there to actually uphold the Constitution, but rather to subvert it.

At this point, that is very likely true. Even if they do report the "facts" they will probably not report all of them, leaving key points out.

I think they are batting about 50% right now. Better than a Leftist stacked court, but the Birthright Citizenship ruling showed that they are compromised.
