I am not disloyal to Canada but politically I alien with the US. Though
I was born in the east right now my affiliations are with Alberta. Alberta is Canada's Texas.

I've never even been to the states that I align with politically :(
People who live in the country seem to be more focused on what's important.

Someone yesterday made a comment about this and I let it be known. I was actually going to join the Canadian military. I went through the entire process and between my last interview and the phone call to show up for boot camp I suffered a back injury that made me ineligible.

It's not shameful to not join the military. If it was 1776 then it would be shameful.

Our military was forced by RINO puppets to defend Kuwait, an Islamic monarchy that enforces Sharia law. IOW: Our military fought and died for the King's freedom to stone women to death as punishment for getting raped.

Where was the military while our country was actually being invaded by millions of illegal immigrants? (No offense intended for veterans; it's the "leaders" who make things this way.)

I was at a gas station. There was a professional man gassing up his expensive automobile... beside him at an other pump was a red neck
gassing up a truck, I'm not sure it was even legal to drive, and they
had a Confederate Battle Flag attached to the side of the truck.

So, I bought into the American dream and the concept of We The People trying to form a more perfect union.

Those 2 guys might actually be more alike than it seems. One guy was on his way to work and for the other guy it was his day off.

The old-school liberals had the same goals as the conservatives, just different ideas on how to accomplish those goals.

Its the new liberals that have sucked the life out of the

That's because they aren't liberal. They are far left (i.e. socialists).

I think the Democrat party may splinter into 2 groups,
one being the WOKE crowd and the other being the more traditional
crowd.

That's already happened. The "Walk Away" movement documented that, and was suppressed on social media. "I didn't leave the Democrat Party. The Party left me."

So the Dems didn't splinter. They shrank. With most people going independent and a good block moving to the Republicans.

That's why the Propaganda Ministry ... er. Media spends so much time trying to convince people that 20% of the population is the "majority of Americans".

Apparently they can have their minds changed... These areas are now
purple and I wonder if they'll go fully red in a few election cycles.

They have to have a mind to change in the first place.

As I've said before, these people can't think for themselves. And this isn't a new thing. It's just grown over the decades.

I abandoned the catholic church long ago. But my wife says I'm the most christian person she's ever met.

That's because I don't listen to the church. I listen to what Christ teaches us. He makes a lot of sence. The 10 Commandmends make a lot of sense. I don't need a religious hierarchy to tell me that.

They are intelligent people who USED to vote Democrat, but no longer do.

That makes more sense. There are no Democrats that anyone can intelligently vote for anymore. I think JFK was the last good one (maybe the only good one.)
