I think they should impeach him so that he's stripped of his Immunity and then process it. This is more constitutional.

That would be nice. Like I said, my understanding is that Immunity is only for official acts. He's not immune from consequences of his unofficial acts. But it would be nice for the courts to rule - if we
can find an impartial judge.

I'd like to see the courts to rule that Osama is not a natural born citizen, therefore ineligible to be President in the first place and declaring his Presidency to be null and void. Since he wasn't
President, there is no Presidential Immunity for his actions.

It depends on what the outcome we want is.

If we let him keep his immunity, then he has to testify. If he lies or pleads the 5th, it's prison time for him.

If he squeels like the piglet he is, then it's prison for many others.

It's a win either way, but I would prefer more of the leaders in prison, even if we have to let a few "get away".
