run "fixsmb \sbbs\data\subs\dove-syncdata" and that should fix it. If it keeps happening, then I'd be concerned about filesystem or disk integrity. But it's easily fixable using fixsmb.

No sure about this one.

Somehow you got a 0-length MESSAGES.DAT file. If it's from a hub QWK packet, probably just some transient error on the hub (VERT?).
